Hey.

I grew up on a sheep farm in central New Jersey and have been interested in creating artwork ever since I was a wee tyke. During high school and college, I was heavily involved in the skate and punk scenes in New Jersey and upstate New York, and I started to work on fanzines and fliers for shows and skate events. I graduated with a fine art degree from Skidmore College in 1996, and started picking up some graphic design skills while continuing to draw and paint on the side. Since then I have lived, worked and exhibited in Denver, New York City and presently Saratoga Springs, New York. As a designer, I have worked in creative studios, marketing groups, production teams, and freelance. As an educator, I have taught at Hudson Valley Community College, SUNY Cobleskill, the Arts Center of the Capital Region, Holyoke Community College, and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where I am a full-time Lecturer in the Communication and Media department. I received my MFA in graphic design from the Academy of Art University in May, 2019 and I continue to be active in my region's art and design circles.
